a challenging adventure

the story of Jansen Bajeskwartier

With its first hotel built in Schinkel the founding family primarily focused on international students. The opening of their second hotel marked a major step forward, welcoming not only students but also young professionals and expats. It was a challenging new adventure for the entire Jansen team. While not all challenges have been fully overcome yet, we continue to work hard together to make this Jansen hotel just as successful as our original home in Schinkel!

super sustainable

Hotel Jansen Bajeskwartier provides a primary example of what sustainable living in Amsterdam will be. It’s built applying the BREEAM-NL Outstanding methodology, which ensures that the highest possible sustainability in building is achieved. For example each room is monitored by motion sensors.
